Atomic Ritual Review
Much like the K2 Shreditor, the Atomic Ritual is another mid-fat ski which has a reputation as being a whole heap of surfy fun all over the mountain.
All the ingredients are here – a dual radius sidecut (longer at the tip, shorter at the tail), 65% standard camber under foot for edge grip on harder snow, with rockered tip and tail for soft snow performance. At 103mm underfoot, this is a fairly wide ski and, as expected, performs well in deep snow, but also puts in a solid performance on piste; predictably it is excellent at blasting through crud and chopped up powder. It’s a muscular, aggressive ski which needs to be driven hard to get the best out of it, but reviewers have had nothing but praise for it this season. If you’re in the the market for fat, fun all-rounder then the Atomic Ritual could be your go-to ski!
